[SNACK] Delicious Sweet Potato Plum by TAIWAN DIAN XIN at Mall Ciputra

A few past year, Taiwan Snack being so popular and a lot of Taiwanese Snack opened their store in Indonesia especially in Jakarta. Most of them had the same signature dish. Yess!! Crispy Chicken. Few days ago, we tried to had a little snack at Taiwan Dian Xin, the place is in LG Floor Ciputra Mall.

 

They had a basic menu of Taiwanese snack outlet such as Extra Crispy Chicken, Sweet Potato Plum, Chicken Orange Strip, Crispy Squid, Crispy Tofu, French Fries, etc. But they also had a Taiwanese tea.

Usually most of you ordered Crispy chicken, but we ordered something different. As you can see in the picture, we ordered Sweet Potato Plum. but we add the spicy flavour, maybe it sounds weird when you eat sweet potato with a savoury flavour. First bite of this sweet potato was amazing, it's like a party in my mouth!! the spicy , sweet, and sour is a perfect combination. So you can try this dish for the alternative menu..

Besides Sweet Potato Plum, we also ordered the other side dish called Fried Fu Zhi.

What is Fried Fu Zhi? It's a fried beancurd or we called it "Kembang Tahu". It has a unique taste and texture because they fried it until really crispy. We ordered with curry flavour but the curry was really strong and maybe will try the other flavour...
