Finally today is Christmas, MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone.. May your life filled with joy and happiness and may a new day bring you moment to cherish. Okay, i have a reference for you If you want to celebrate your special day or just chillin out with some friends i think UNION is the right place. As you all know UNION is a well known bakery in town that has a delicious Red Velvet Cake, so i went there for that reason. As soon as you enter UNION you will be greeted by the eye-feasting display of their bakery, but at the time i didn't see the Red Velvet on the display, and the restaurant section was really full. Finally after wait for some waiting list, i got the table.

The ambience was really good and i really love the classic interior. The waitress gave me the menu and i didn't see the Red Velvet Cake on the menu but the waitress said that they didn't put the Red Velvet on the menu because people already know about that. So my decision was of course their famous Red Velvet cake and i tried Organic Green mint Tea because it was rainy when i was there and i think a mint tea is a good choice.

Red Velvet Cake - IDR 55k

 Finally the cake is coming to my table, and i was really surprised because the cake was really big and i think you can share the cake with your friends. The first bite of this cake was like a heaven in my mouth, the cake was really delicious and really smooth and not too sweet. The cake was really good with their cream cheese. Because this is December, they added a little decoration on their cake so they called Red Velvet Christmas Edition.


About the tea is under my expectation because the mint was really strong and i was like drinking some toothpaste. But thanks to the brown sugar that gave the good taste for my tea..

Organic Tea - IDR 35k

Beside Red Velvet, my friends also ordered other cake and i think the taste was quite good especially the Chocolate Souffle, the cake was really good and made by order so you have to wait arround 25 minutes.

So UNION is really good place with good taste and ambience especially their bakery, i will come to UNION again to have their cake again or trying their main dish. I think i agree with their tagline "UNION MADE IS WELL MADE" . Oh i have a tip for you, i think you have to make a reservation first if you want to visit at Lunch time or dinner time because the place always full at that time
